When I first started going to the gym, I had no idea what to do, so I focused on cardio. I started with 10 minutes on the treadmill, just walking at a steady pace. Over time, I increased the speed and added a bit of incline to make it more challenging. Then, I tried the cycling machine and stair climber, switching things up to keep it interesting. Now, my routine includes 20–30 minutes of mixed cardio—some jogging, cycling, and even a bit of HIIT. It’s made a huge difference in my stamina and energy levels. If you’re a beginner, just start slow and stay consistent—you’ll be surprised at how quickly you improve!
