When I first joined the gym, I was pretty nervous—I had no idea how to use the machines or where to start. But over time, with a little help from the trainers, things started making sense. At first, I just stuck to the treadmill and some light weights, but now I can feel my body getting stronger. My energy levels have improved, and so has my confidence. I used to think the gym was only for fit people, but I’ve realized that every beginner just needs to take that first step. If you’re thinking about joining, just go for it—everything else will fall into place!
